Squarespace is very DIY friendly. When you purchase a template you get access to video tutorials that will walk you through how the platform works and how to make changes to the specific template you’ve purchased.

Yes, in addition to the purchase of your template you will need to purchase a Squarespace account, a Domain name, and a Canva Pro account.
You can find Squarespace rates here. Squarespace offers a 2 week free trial before you need to pay for an account. If you choose a yearly subscription, you will receive a 20% discount and a free Domain for your first year.
You will need a Canva Pro account to edit the custom graphics that are included with your template purchase. Canva offers a 30-day free trial of Canva Pro, however, if you need more time to edit your graphics, a Canva Pro account is $13/month and you can cancel anytime.

It really depends on your schedule and how much time you’re able to dedicate to the design process! We will have a new site built and sent to your Squarespace account within two business days. While we’re building the site, you’ll have access to all of the tutorials and workbooks. It could take as little as a few days to a few weeks.

Our templates come with easy-to-follow video tutorials to help you learn the ins and outs of your website. We’ll do the bulk of the build process; the site will show up in your inbox looking identical to the demo site. You can follow along through the video tutorials to learn how to customize the site to suit your brand.

If you already have a Squarespace website, you have a couple of options.
1) Build out on your current site: If you would like the template built out onto your existing Squarespace site, we offer our Website Installation Package for $200. This package is purchased in addition to the template of your choice and involves us manually building new pages in the "Not Linked" section of your existing website that look exactly like the demo site pages from the template you purchased. We complete the manual build-out within 48 business hours after purchase, once we have received a contributor invite from you. After the build-out is complete, we will send an email to let you know your new website pages are ready to be customized.
2) Cancel current Squarespace plan & transfer domain to new template site: Another option is to have the template added as a new website to your Squarespace account. It will be accessible via the same Squarespace login info and will appear as a second website. If you pay for your current plan monthly, you can switch your plan to the new site and transfer your domain. If you pay for your current plan annually, you can reach out to Squarespace to inquire about receiving a refund for the remainder of your plan and moving your domain to the new site.
