Do I need to purchase anything in addition to the template?

Yes, in addition to the purchase of your template you will need to purchase a Squarespace account, a Domain name, and a Canva Pro account.

You can find Squarespace rates here. Squarespace offers a 2 week free trial before you need to pay for an account. If you choose a yearly subscription, you will receive a 20% discount and a free Domain for your first year.

You will need a Canva Pro account to edit the custom graphics that are included with your template purchase. Canva offers a 30-day free trial of Canva Pro, however, if you need more time to edit your graphics, a Canva Pro account is $13/month and you can cancel anytime.

How do I edit my graphics to suit my brand?

Our templates come with Canva graphics that can be edited on the Canva website. Our templates require that you upgrade to "Canva Pro," which is a paid version of Canva, however they offer a free 30 day trial of Canva Pro.

What if I only offer one service?

Our templates are built for you to make them your own. While we show more than one service in our templates, you can absolutely customize this page to offer only one service. In our video tutorials that come with our template purchase, we will walk you through making changes to our templates to fit your practice and what you offer.

Why do I need to purchase a business plan for this template?

The Skinner template includes CSS and Code Injections that require a Squarespace Business Plan to work. Don’t worry though! All of the CSS and coding will be done for you when you receive your template!

The elevated coding enables us to include some cool features with this template such as:

• Dropdown FAQ menu
• Hiding the footer banner on the Instagram landing page
• Split page design
• Unique mobile menu

Can I have an online store or blog on Squarespace?

Yes! Squarespace has built-in functionality for both e-commerce and blogging.

I've never built a site before, will these templates work for me?

Squarespace is very DIY friendly. When you purchase a template you get access to video tutorials that will walk you through how the platform works and how to make changes to the specific template you’ve purchased.

Do you offer support?

Yes! We offer free email support for issues relating to the template, installation, and design files. For any issues requiring more intensive support, we offer support at an hourly rate. For more information, see our support policy here.

Squarespace also provides email and live chat support.

What is the return policy?

Due to the digital nature of the templates, the templates are non-refundable. Please make sure you have read through all of the product details prior to purchasing. You can read our return policy here.

How long do I have access to the template?

You have lifetime access to the template content, so you can take your time adding your copy to the site and customizing it to suit your brand and your practice.

Is there any coding involved?

Yes, but you don’t need to know how to code! Our templates include a bit of code to add some designer tweaks to add a custom feel and really elevate the design. All of these codes will be added during the build process, and a video tutorial is included to walk you through these codes.

How long will it take to design my site?

It really depends on your schedule and how much time you’re able to dedicate to the design process! We will have a new site built and sent to your Squarespace account within two business days. While we’re building the site, you’ll have access to all of the tutorials and workbooks. It could take as little as a few days to a few weeks.

What version of Squarespace are your templates designed for?

Our templates are designed for Squarespace 7.1.

Will I be able to do this if I'm not that tech-savvy?

Our templates come with easy-to-follow video tutorials to help you learn the ins and outs of your website. We’ll do the bulk of the build process; the site will show up in your inbox looking identical to the demo site. You can follow along through the video tutorials to learn how to customize the site to suit your brand.

However, if you’re still feeling hesitant, we do offer template redesign services that will have your website launched over the course of a weekend. You can learn more about this service here.
