What’s included:

Pick one of our templates as a base design and we’ll use it to bring your vision to life.
We want your website to work strategically for you. In this questionnaire, you’ll answer questions about your practice, your vision for your website, and more.
Prior to your dedicated design weekend, we’ll have a 1-hour strategy call.
You will receive a fully redesigned template customized to your brand and practice in one day.
We’ll source additional images for your website and support you in a basic brand development (color palette & typography).
After the design-intensive is over, we offer 1 hour of post-weekend revisions and final touches.
We will provide 30 days of email support for any questions or tech issues related to your website.
We’ll also design 15 social media templates that will correspond to your brand design.
We’ll create up to 8 full pages of customized material that’s specifically designed for your practice. If you are in need of more than 8 pages, please inquire about the additional cost and timeline.
We’ll optimize your site so that your dream clients will be able to find you faster.

How to Prepare for Your Design Day

Before we can dive into your Design Day, there’s a bit of homework you need to complete. After signing up for your design day, you’ll gain access to your Design Day portal filled with resources to support you with your homework, like a checklist of all the items we need from you, a brand strategy questionnaire to help you gain clarity about your practice and how you want to show up in your corner of the Internet, as well as access to our Website Copy Bundle to support you in writing your website copy.

SCHEDULE A DISCOVERY CALL

Discovery Call

During the Discovery Call, we’ll go over the Done in a Day process, schedule your design day, and answer any questions you may have.

Within 24 hrs of Discovery Call

Once you’ve booked your date, you’ll receive a design day confirmation email, your first invoice, and a Done in a Day service contract to be signed.

After the contract is signed and you’ve paid your 50% deposit, you’ll receive a welcome email package with details about the pre-design day work that you’ll need to complete and a link to your Pre-Design Day Portal.

Week Before Design Day

We’ll have our pre-design day strategy call to nail down your redesign and confirm all of the materials that need to be submitted prior to the design day.

Design Day!

During your design day, we’ll get started at 9am ET and dive right into your template redesign. You can sit back and relax until the end of your design day, when your new website will pop into your inbox.

Post-Design Day

You’ll have the opportunity to submit a punch list of revisions for up to an hour of work as well as 30 days of email support.
